KM SecondLife is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of pre-loved fashion and lifestyle products. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the actual sale between buyers and sellers.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Buying and Selling

For Buyers:

When you purchase an item on KM SecondLife, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All sales are final unless the item is significantly different from its description.

For Sellers:

When listing items for sale, you agree to accurately describe the condition of each item. We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate our policies.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed for sale on KM SecondLife:

• Counterfeit or illegally produced items
• Hazardous materials or dangerous goods
• Used cosmetics or personal care items
• Items that violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Fees and Payments

KM SecondLife charges a commission fee on successful sales. Current fee structure is 10% of the final sale price. Fees are automatically deducted from your payout. We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days' notice.

7. Returns and Refunds

Buyers may request a return within 14 days of delivery if an item is significantly different from its description. Sellers must accept returns in such cases. Refunds will be processed after the item is returned and verified.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on KM SecondLife, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KM SecondLife and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

KM SecondLife is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in fees during the previous 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
