30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original packaging
- Final sale items cannot be returned
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the item you wish to return
- Choose a reason for the return
- Print the prepaid shipping label
- Package the item securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any shipping location
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once processed
- Depending on your bank, it may take 3-10 days to appear in your account
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a free return and send a replacement or process a full refund.
Returns for Sellers
As a seller, you're responsible for accepting returns if an item is significantly different from its description. We'll facilitate the return process and adjust fees accordingly.
